All-Day Teaching
“What a child can do today with help, they will be able to do independently tomorrow.”
All-day teaching provides a clearly structured school day in which students complete all their academic responsibilities at school. Lessons, independent work, homework, physical activity, and extracurricular activities are organized with continuous teacher support.
This model reduces the burden on families and enables children to achieve a balanced relationship between learning, rest, and the development of their personal interests.

Active Learning and Understanding
The teaching methodology is focused on active participation of students in the learning process. Students are encouraged to ask questions, explain what they have learned, connect material, and apply knowledge in different contexts. The goal is not mechanical memorization, but understanding and the ability for independent thinking.
Gradual Introduction of Responsibility
In accordance with age, students are gradually introduced to responsibility for their own work. Tasks are clearly defined, deadlines are respected, and results are analyzed together with the teacher. In this way, children learn to understand the consequences of their effort and develop internal discipline.

Individualization and Support
The teaching methodology at “Mihajlo Pupin” recognizes that children learn at different paces. The teaching process is adapted to the individual abilities of students, without lowering academic standards. Support is continuous, but students are expected to make personal effort and actively participate in learning.
Linking Knowledge and Education
At the Private Primary School “Mihajlo Pupin”, the teaching methodology also includes the educational dimension of teaching. The way of working, communication in the classroom, and attitude toward tasks are part of the process of learning responsibility, respect, and work culture. The teacher is not only a lecturer, but also a pedagogical authority and role model.

Preparation for Further Education
The teaching methodology is directed toward long-term goals. Through systematic work, clear requirements, and stable support, students develop learning skills, concentration, and perseverance, which represent the basis for successful further schooling and independent mastering of increasingly demanding educational challenges.
