SCHOOL CULTURE AND RULES
The school culture of private primary school “Mihajlo Pupin” is based on clearly defined rules, consistency in their application, and a culture of mutual respect. We believe that a stable and well-organized environment is the foundation of quality education and healthy child development.
The rules at private primary school “Mihajlo Pupin” are not a limitation, but rather a framework of safety within which children develop, learn, and take responsibility for their own behavior.

Clear Rules as the Foundation of Security
From an early age, students are introduced to rules of behavior, work, and communication. Rules are clear, understandable, and age-appropriate, and their application is consistent. This approach allows children to feel safe and understand boundaries within which they can freely develop.

Discipline as an Educational Value
Discipline at “Mihajlo Pupin” has an educational, not punitive role. It teaches self-control, responsibility, and respect for the community. Through everyday situations, students learn to recognize the consequences of their behavior and take responsibility for their actions.

Culture of Respect and Communication
Special emphasis is placed on communication culture. Respect for teachers, peers, and school space is considered the foundation of school life. Students are taught to communicate clearly, politely, and argumentatively, while respecting others.
