On 22nd April, Earth Day was celebrated at our school with the aim of raising pupils’ awareness of the importance of conserving nature and behaving responsibly towards the environment.
Through carefully designed themed lessons and a variety of activities, pupils had the opportunity to link knowledge from different subjects and appreciate the importance of preserving natural resources and the environment. By learning through research, discussion, and practical tasks, they developed critical thinking and a sense of personal responsibility towards the world around them.
Activities like these encourage pupils to be conscientious, engaged, and ready to contribute to the preservation of our planet through their actions. After all, it is the small steps we take today that lead to the great changes of tomorrow.
Let’s protect the Earth; it is our only home.
