All-Day Teaching
All-day teaching provides a clearly structured school day in which students complete all their academic responsibilities at school. Lessons, independent work, homework, physical activity, and extracurricular activities are organized with continuous teacher support.
This model reduces the burden on families and enables children to achieve a balanced relationship between learning, rest, and the development of their personal interests.
The teaching methodology is focused on active participation of students in the learning process. Students are encouraged to ask questions, explain what they have learned, connect material, and apply knowledge in different contexts. The goal is not mechanical memorization, but understanding and the ability for independent thinking.
In accordance with age, students are gradually introduced to responsibility for their own work. Tasks are clearly defined, deadlines are respected, and results are analyzed together with the teacher. Enrollment at the “Mihajlo Pupin” school begins with a meeting with the parents, an introduction to the child, and a trial stay at the school. The admissions process is selective and based on an assessment of how well the values of the family align with those of the school.
