A Lecture on Creative Writing and the Development of Students’ Imagination

In collaboration with the National Library of Serbia, an inspiring lecture on creative writing was held, led by Milica Jovanović.

Through carefully designed activities, the students had the opportunity to explore the world of words, imagination, and creativity. The introductory part of the lesson featured short stories that served as a prompt and inspiration for the subsequent work, while in the main part, the pupils explored the rich meanings of various words through association exercises and developed their linguistic creativity.

The workshop was given special value by the final activity, in which the pupils, working in groups, devised and wrote creative stories together. This type of work fostered teamwork, the exchange of ideas, and mutual respect.

The workshop was held in an exceptionally pleasant and stimulating atmosphere, and the pupils once again demonstrated that imagination, when shared with others, becomes richer, stronger and more beautiful.
