Learning through nature and socialising at Kosmaj

At our “Educational and Recreational Centre on Kosmaj”, pupils once again had the opportunity to enjoy a special time with baby ducklings, which this time too brought much joy, laughter and tender moments. Through direct contact with the animals, the children learned about the importance of caring for, paying attention to, and being responsible for nature and the living world.

In addition, the pupils dedicated themselves to planting, through which they acquired practical knowledge about the growth and development of plants, as well as the importance of preserving the natural environment. With great dedication, patience and curiosity, every child took part in this process, from preparing the soil to watering the newly planted seedlings.

A stay in Kosmaj and activities like these allow the children to learn through experience, to connect with nature and with each other, developing a sense of togetherness, independence, and responsibility. It is in such an environment that the fondest memories and the most valuable life lessons are made.
